“PACS Architecture was founded in 2011, as a partnership between Paul Capece, AIA and Alex Shkreli, RA. The partners began their long history of collaboration as undergraduates, and later worked collaboratively for almost a decade at two esteemed nyc architecture firms. It was during these formative years that the future partners honed their skills executing both custom interior residential and commercial designs, and large-scale buildings. Now supported by an ever-growing staff of exceptionally talented young architects, the firm has developed into a nimble entity capable of expertly and efficiently executing designs of various typologies, styles, and sizes.”
